The weeks before your baby arrives and the first fragile days after are two halves of the same story. Booking them together means the same hands hold both — I already know your family, your home, the way you like to be photographed, so the newborn session feels like picking up a conversation rather than starting a new one.
It also takes the pressure off. Your newborn session is reserved before baby arrives, so there's nothing to chase in those bleary first days — and booking the two together costs less than booking each on its own.

Reserve your package
One enquiry secures both sessions. We'll pencil in your maternity window and note your due date — no need to have every detail pinned down yet.

Your maternity session
Between 28 and 36 weeks — at home, in the studio, or outdoors. Relaxed and unhurried, with styling guidance sent beforehand. Partner and siblings welcome.

Your newborn session
In the first couple of weeks after baby arrives, photographed in the calm of your own home. We arrange the exact day once your little one is here.

Two galleries to keep
Each session's images land in a private online gallery within 3–4 weeks, ready to download, print, and share with everyone who's been waiting.

Your questions.
What if baby arrives early or late?
That's completely normal and nothing to worry about. The newborn session is always arranged once baby is actually here, so there's no fixed date to miss. If your little one comes early and we need to move the maternity shoot, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
I don't know my exact dates yet — can I still book?
Yes. Just enquire and we'll reserve your package around your due date. We aim for the maternity session between 28 and 36 weeks, and arrange the newborn day once baby arrives — usually within the first two weeks.
How far apart are the two sessions?
Typically two to four months. The maternity shoot sits in your third trimester and the newborn shoot follows in the first couple of weeks after birth.
Who can be in the photos?
Whoever you'd like. Partners and siblings are welcome at both sessions — these are your family's photographs, not just yours.
What should we wear?
You'll get styling guidance and a What to Wear guide once you've booked, so nothing's left to guess. The newborn session is relaxed and lifestyle-led, so comfortable and simple works beautifully.
How do we pay?
However suits you — in full, as a retainer plus balance, or spread across monthly instalments. Klarna and Clearpay are available at checkout too.

“I was a bit nervous about having a newborn photo shoot especially with my naughty dog but Jo was so patient throughout, even when the baby needed a change/feed and wind (and general grizzle). Jo was super helpful in guiding us how to pose, where to look and where to stand etc, something which was very welcomed with our limited experience in having our photos taken.
