A small thank-you for showing up

The people who book me twice, who send their friends my way, who trust me with their biggest moments, they're the reason this little business works. I wanted a proper way to say thank you. So there's now a Loyalty Club, and if you've ever worked with me, you're already in it.

Here's the part I love most: it doesn't ask anything of you. You don't chase points or remember dates. It all happens in the background.

You earn points every time we work together, a point for every pound, plus a few quieter ways: leaving a testimonial, completing your session questionnaire, sharing your gallery, joining the newsletter. They add up to real things: money off future sessions, bonus edited images, print credit, even a printed photo book.

And if you've already been a client, your points have been backdated. There may well be a balance waiting for you in your portal right now.

There are small touches too, outside of points entirely. A handful of images a year on from your shoot. Something on baby's first birthday for newborn families. A note on your own birthday. None of it claimed or chased, it just shows up.
